Studio Apartment - zentral mit Parkplatz - Balkon

It is one of the most well equipped apartments we stayed in, anywhere in Europe. We travel by train and the apartment is only an easy 10 minute stroll from the Bayreuth Hauptbahnhof. Everything was there to make the stay for us very comfortable NB The host was quick to respond and even organised sunshine!

The studio offers plenty of space for 2 people to unpack. The kitchen provides the major things you might want. Having a couch is nice. There was plenty of coffee to be had. Always needed and appreciated.

I'm not a fan of being called a liar because I pointed out some minor issues. I wish I had taken more pictures of these issues to make them irrefutable. In general it felt like staying there was an inconvenience for the company that owns it. No worries, I won't be back. The pans were both dirty and of poor second-hand quality with the surface wearing off. They were such that my partner refused to use them. The bamboo cutting board was also dirty, not stained, but looked like semi-fresh/dried tomato on them. Whatever it was, another item I distinctly remember because my partner saw the state of it and refuse to use it then entire time. The shower curtain was hung such that I couldn't take a shower without it touching me. It was hung inside the tub border and didn't look like something I could just adjust. There was an extra shelf above the sink in the bathroom, always needed, but it was so flimsy, I wouldn't feel comfortable putting more than a toothbrush on it. The coffee table was missing a foot, so we had to use some pamphlets to keep it from teetering constantly. The only cooling was a fan. Not an issue because it was not hot out, but we still had to unplug or turn it as the Wi-Fi light would continually blink at the sleeping area. Finding the parking was interesting. They send you 2 links, each with tons of info to read through, but each only gives you only part of the info you need. So, when you get there and try to find it quickly, you might miss the info you need. When you message and ask, they just send the right link of the 2 again and you need to dig through it to find what you need. Asking seemed to put them out. And one just weird thing, all of the couch cushions were put in backwards with the zippers out/up. I had to fix their orientation. But that was just weird.

The property is in a great location. It was so nice to have a balcony to sit and relax on. Is very nice and you have dominoes right around the corner. It is so close to the mark plots and route main centre that we had a wonderful time walking to the stores. The customer service for the apartment was excellent. He did anything and everything he could to help us and was so kind!

I loved everything about the apartment. No negatives at all.

Poor information about accessing the garage, no civic number or street name in the instructions emailed to me. No one to provide information, phone number given for this changed with no new number.
