The apartment has a fantastic location, very close to Semmelweis University and in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, air conditioning works well, and finding and using the keys was straightforward. One host spoke English fluently, and the other tried their best to assist. The kitchen utensils and cooking unit were functional, and the washing machine, though small, served its purpose. 5-7 mins walk to metro

Areas for improvement: Toilet locks – The bathroom doors didn’t have locks, which felt unusual and a little uncomfortable. When I asked, the host said it’s common in Hungary, but in my experience, most accommodations provide locks for privacy. Bathroom mats – There were none, which can make stepping out of the tub risky on a slippery floor. Adding mats would improve safety and comfort. Laundry facilities – While a washing machine was available, there was no dryer. During cold weather, drying clothes on the stand in its current position took too long. Relocating the drying stand or adding a dryer would help a lot. Ventilation / smell – Even though the rooms had ventilation, there was a faint damp smell that could be bothersome for longer stays. Dustbin bags – Only one bag was provided. It would be helpful if extra bags were available, as in many other accommodations, for convenience. Overall: The apartment is liveable with a great location, quiet surroundings, and functional amenities, but the comfort and small practical details could be improved to make the stay more enjoyable. Score: 6.5 / 10 – Excellent location and room size, but some facility upgrades would make it much more comfortable.

Bardzo fajny i atrakcyjnie ulokowany apartament. Przestrzeń wewnątrz apartamentu idealna dla podróżującej rodziny. Bliskość centrum i atrakcji Budapesztu.

חדרים גדולים, מרפסת נעימה ומטבח מאובזר

המזרן היה ישן הסדין לא נעים והקפיצים הורגשו מהמזרן. המיטה באחד החדרים השמיעה קולות בכל תזוזה. הגענו לשני לילות. היינו 4 מבוגרים וקיבלנו רק מגבת רחצה אחת לאדם ומגבת פנים אחת לזוג ! כשאחת המגבות היתה מלאה בכתמים של חומר ניקוי / אוקונומיקה, מצורפת תמונה. במקלחת לא היה שטיח או מגבת לרצפה וכמעט החלקנו כשיצאנו מהאמבטיה. ממש סכנה בפרט למבוגרים. לא היו מגבות לידיים. כשביקשנו מגבות לפנים, בעלות הדירה הבטיחה לשלוח לנו רק למחרת עם המנקה ומה שקיבלנו היה מגבות נייר למטבח (שגם אותן ביקשנו כי לא היה סמרטוט למשטח של השיש. המלון מרוחק יחסית מתחבורה ציבורית / מטרו והיינו אמורים להחליף אוטובוסים, חשמליות וכדומה ולכן יציאה היתה כרוכה בהזמנת מונית. הסופרמרקט הקרוב היה במרחק של כחצי קילומטר מהדירה. החניון של הבניין מתאים למכוניות קטנות בלבד.

A nice apartment perfect for a family or a small group of friends. The location is nice, not so close to the center but not so far either. It has a parking spot; however, it was a bit of a hassle to park our SUV.

Непогане розташування. Охайний під'їзд. Зручне самостійне заселення.

Вже дуже не свіжий ремонт. Постільна білизна мала запах від того що була недосушена, бо вона сохне в коридорі цієї ж квартири.

Очень твердая кровать , стройка под окном очень шумно , паркинг очень узкий ( моя машина не заехала) , полотенца с неприятным запахом , нет даже чая .
