Apartment Olympia Matterhorn

The accommodations are spacious and very well appointed. We really liked having the large size balcony and the view of the Matterhorn of course! The bed was comfortable and the space is nicely decorated.

We had a bit of a bumpy start to our stay where we arrived to check in and the room had not been cleaned. However, we contacted the property owners and they responded promptly and acted swiftly to handle the situation satisfactorily. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment was very clean and nice with all the amenities as listed. It had a nice big terrace outside the living room / bed room. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment was very safe and peaceful. The check in process was very easy & simple with clear instructions from the host. The host Adrian and Tatjana were very nice, helpful and proactive and always available on call. Once I had a query and I messaged Adrian and he immediately called me on my phone to help me solve my query. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend to all.

Great location - short distances to all ski stations and the town

Price was way too high for the apartment (style, renovation stage, size etc), even when considering Zermatt prices during the time of New Year. Small investments (I.e new blinds, painting bathroom, nicer bathroom colors, board games etc) could make it a bit better.

Direct view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Walkable distance to/from town. Very clean. Very well-equipped.

Great location. Water views. Lots of additional things like fruits were provided.

There was strong wind through balcony door that caused the internal door to shut with force and the glass of the door broke. We of course paid for it. But a warning for strong winds or stopper to the internal gate would have been nice.
