Easy self check in procedure. We did not personally meet the host, but communication from the host through booking.com was helpful. Excellant location and comfortable, clean apartment. The power point adapter was a useful inclusion.

Self-contained, warm, convenience of location and access to village and ski runs.

We didn’t have a Swiss conversion plug - but when we told management they were able to provide us with one for our stay which we appreciated.

Good location close to bakery and supermarket and 15min walk to station. Small kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and quiet.

Conflicting check in/out times. Our booking said check in 3pm and out 10am but sign inside building said check in 2pm and out 9.30am

We could have used more towels, 2 for 4 days for 2 people not enough. Not enough toilet paper.
