Z40 - Budget Apartment

The localization is nice, there was no problem with getting the keys even though it's written on booking that you will get them with code you have to wait for the employee

The bathroom was overflowing in water, pipes are clogged, and we got a few weeks old sponge to clean the dishes

So close to everything and very compact and comfortable

The Wi-Fi never worked, there was a bad odor for the whole duration of the stay and everytime one of us showered the water would often leak into the dining area

The person who met us was kind and friendly. He let us inside 3 hours before the official check-in. Also, the location is very nice.

It wasn't super clean. The air ventilator was dusty. There is no curtain in the bathroom, so water was everywhere. The air ventilator is not enough because it's too hot all the time, especially on the bed upstairs. There is a TV but it is not connected to WIFI

Great location, comfortable bed and a smart TV for when you want to relax for a while; staff were friendly when we come across them (Oksana)

Very hot as only two small windows downstairs, this isn’t their fault as it’s the way the building is but they did provide a fan.

Very small apartment, bathroom not very cosy - after shower water everywhere because there was no rant to stop water from spilling everywhere. No knife in the kitchen, basic IKEA cheapest equipment.

The building was in a good location, despite being in a serious state of disrepair. Our host, Gabriel was also very friendly and easy to communicate with after we arrived late due to a train delay.

The apartment was not clean when we arrived, there were hairs, dust and grime everywhere. The corridor to Z40’s apartments within the building smelt like sewerage throughout the stay. Additionally, there was very limited hot water (two people could not have a 3 minute lukewarm shower consecutively), and the bathroom would flood anytime the shower was used, leaking out into the main room as well. Finally, there was a €10 cash fee for arriving after 10pm. Despite listing this in ‘important information’ failing to mention it in the property’s check in policies section is misleading.
