Very friendly hosts. Any issues were sorted swiftly

Host Imre was patient and even waited outside to look out for us, as we were late in arrival past given timing due to train delays. It was v cold so I felt bad about it though I couldn’t be earlier even though I wanted to. Room was spacious, plates and cups were v clean. Heating was good and toasty. Lots of laundry racks. Good chairs for dining, much appreciated as we came from another apt in Krakow with chairs so hazardous we dared not sit on. Imre also helped with my request for late checkout due to a bad ankle having sprained it two days before leaving. It was an unfortunate miss of kerb outside the apartment and I took a bad tumble. Being able to rest longer prior to my late flight helped a lot.

Kettle and pots were questionable, so I only used microwave to heat up water for coffee. Beds were sofa beds, so it wasn’t ideal. Pillows were too flat, though Imre helped alot by giving us two more pillows. Place was dark as half the lights were out. Minor stuff.

One of the bed is not very comfortable.

dish water was very low in supplies. For my 12 nights stay, the host could have done better in this department. There was no laundry detergent so I had to buy a bottle which I ended up leaving it behind when I left the rental.

A few things for the host to improve for next guests: - water in the shower drained out too slowly - toaster not fully functioning - stove - one plate is not functioning

There were no Breakfasts in this apartment building but we dud enjoy breakfast in a near facility at a super fair price

Owner of the house is really a good person. After I check out I left home. Then 20 km away from the city I recognized that my wallet isnt with me which my credit carts, driving license, identy car and other important in it. I called owner and ask him if I drop wallet in house or not. He looked for me in house and called me back and announced that he had found under bed. I am so thankful to him for he helped me in taht big crisis big stress..
