The staff were very helpful, I requested a birthday note for my friend and they also gifted us wine. We were so pleased.

Only the towels were not so clean, other things was perfect.

"Great place in central Budapest"

Location was great, beds were comfortable, communication was fast. Easy to enter the building and the apartment. Easy to add a guest talking directly with them.

The door from the shower didn't close completely so some water was escaping and the bathroom floor was always wet. Budapest was very cold and the apartment was very well heated but upstairs it was too hot. At night we had to turn on the air conditioning but then it would be cold downstairs.Temperature upstairs and downstairs was very different.
