Sweet Home at the Danube with wellness

Budynek znajduje się przy bardzo głośnej ulicy. Jest to duży apartamentowiec, wskazówki dojazdu są marne a na miejscu w recepcji nikt nie mówi po angielsku anie nie ma pojęcia o „sweet Home”. Po kontakcie z właścicielem dowiedziałam się jak dotrzeć do apartamentu. W środku średnio czysto, kurz i włosy po poprzednich gościach. Duszno, słabo działające klimatyzatory - a nas pobyt był maju… Kolejne ROZCZAROWANIE: NIE MA MOŻLIWOŚCI KORZYSTANIA Z BASENU ani FITNES. Po kilkakrotnym kontakcie z właścicielem, zaoferowano nam skorzystanie z basenu miejskiego i rekompensatę. Upłynął miesiąc, a rekompensaty jak nie było, tak nie ma. Niewygodne zużyte materace, niskiej jakości poduszki, plastikowe poszewki.

Gute Verkehrsanbinung Wohnung war sehr geräumig.

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf schriftliche Anfragen gab es praktisch keine Antworten. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme unsererseits in jedem Fall erfolglos, entweder keine Erreichbarkeit oder Vertröstung auf Rückrufe, die kein einziges Mal erfolgten. Die Appartementnummer erhielten wir erst bei Ankunft in dem Objekt und nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage. Zudem erhielten wir von der Rezeption und dem Service im Wellnessbereich in dem Objekt die Auskunft, dass wir den Wellnessbereich als booking-Gäste nicht nutzen dürfen. Eine Klärung wurde auf unsere Bitte hin durch den Vermieter nicht vorgenommen, er zog es vor, uns keine Info dazu mitzuteilen.

In the descripition was using the pool, but we didnt have acses to it. The stuff didnt alow us.

Centralna lokacija z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja, čisto stanovanje s spalnico, kabinetom in dnevno sobo. Spodaj recepcija z receptorjem za vsa stanovanja.

Stanovanje in balkon sta obrnjena na zelo prometno cesto. Ni bilo možnosti uporabe bazena in savne, kot oglaševano. Slaba odzivnost lastnika, nismo prejeli niti osnovnih navodil, kako priti v stanovanje, potem smo to sčasoma rešili na licu mesta ob prihodu.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review because the offer is a kind of lure and a scam. The photos and description show a gym and a nice swimming pool with a wellness area, which were unavailable to us. The receptionist informed us that this was only for permanent residents. We tried to clarify this with the owner, but he didn't respond to phone calls or text messages. At the reception desk, we tried to purchase access to the gym and wellness area ourselves, but it's not available only for permanent residents. Access is electronically locked, and the staff ensures that unauthorized persons don't gain access. The apartment itself is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, with easy access to all of Budapest's attractions. Underground parking is a huge plus. Check-in instructions are accurate and clear, although they could have been provided the morning of arrival. Overall, everything is great, but the pool, sauna, and gym aren't included in this offer, even for an additional fee. The photos and description show them, and this was one of the deciding factors in choosing this apartment.

Spacious and beautiful apartment not far from central Budapest. Close to a 24-hour supermarket and several public transportation stops.

I’m sorry to have to leave a negative review because the apartment itself is excellent, but I don’t like being made fun of. Among the services offered there was a wellness area, but once we checked in the receptionist explained that we were not entitled to use it and that we had to contact the apartment owner directly. I personally called the owner, who said that the gym and spa were temporarily unavailable due to renovation work. He added that he would refund our tickets if we went to an external wellness area, which obviously never happened and I have never seen the money back. As if that weren’t enough, on one of the last days of our stay we met 3 guys in bathrobes who were heading to the spa. A real shame and a huge mockery. Let’s stop making fun of customers!
