Pasamos 4 noches estupendamente. Muy bien situado, ubicacion genial. El personal, aunque no ves a nadie, muy amable y servicial, un 10.

Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento de pintura en el baño y en la parte de la cama superior, se esta desconchando. La pica del baño estaba atascada, un poco molesto. Una bombilla de la entrada estaba fundida, los cristales superiores sucios y habia poco menaje de cubiertos

A very clean room, the location was also very good.

There was a lot of light in the morning, the curtains weren't very good.

The location was great if you’re looking to walk around and sightsee in the city.

The host was very unfriendly and unfortunately rude. The check in instructions were super confusing from the beginning. Though they provided thorough steps with pictures, the information attached did not make sense. The check in information was missing a specific code in order to retrieve an important key. When I asked for clarification about the check in instructions, he was rude short and dismissive. This was our first encounter with the host. Throughout our stay, the communication continued in this fashion and we were unimpressed. The tone of replies were continuously rude, short and unhelpful. We are both friendly travellers who always treat hosts with kindness and respect, and this was our worst experience with customer service. Also, the toilet was leaking and the bathroom door was broken. Additionally, there were not enough pillows provided (as the pillows were totally flat and unsupportive and there were only two). The blankets were two separate twin blankets rather than one large blanket to cover the entire bed. We don’t often complain or leave bad reviews but I think it’s fitting for this stay. If the host had been friendly and respectful, we would’ve happily looked past the flaws within our stay. Unfortunately this was not our experience so we feel it necessary to review this stay somewhat poorly overall. It’s a shame because the apartment is located very conveniently, so it could have been a wonderful stay. We prefer friendly, helpful vibes as travellers visiting a new city!
