Da Sofia apartment-parking

The parking was very convenient, specially because Sardinia is a busy place. And the property was 30 min walk from the centrum with restaurants and bars. The bed was ok to sleep

We had quite some issues with the property: - there was a homeless person invading the building and sleeping in the corridor in front of the appartment. We reported it to the owner but even though it happened 3 times. We think the homeless person could get in via the garage, what shows some security concerns with the building. It was very scary. - the shower would get cold after a few minutes of shower, if you were the second one to take a shower you could be sure you would get a cold shower at the end. We told the owner on the first day but they didn’t reacted. We think this happens because the building is very old. - we tried to cook using the cooktop and there was a power outage because of that. Again probably because the appartment is very old. - you can hear the neighbors watching tv from inside the appartment. - the room was not clean, there was empty shampoo bags in the shower from the previous guests, in the trash bins there was trash from the previous guests. - there was not kitchen pan to dry dishes or anything else. - it was a very dark appartment with red lights. - the pillows were to high. - In general the appartment was not comfortable and there is no sofa. We would not come back

Good location, clean and well equipped. Good bathroom and shower. Secure parking which is excellent as parking in Cagliari is difficult.

Needs a couch or some comfortable chairs. Bed pillows were uncomfortable.

It was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The air conditioning worked well. Beds were good as well. It’s in a good location, not too far from the centre and shops.

There was a power outage one day. The host had not contacted me about it and only said anything when I asked. The parking garage has electric gates and the host did not know how to open them manually. It took a lot of insistance from my side to get any answers. It’s a shame because the stay was good otherwise.

Location was very convenient to major attractions

The kettle leaked and there was no sugar. Water leaked from the kettle which made it pointless to use. Would have been appreciated if we were informed that washing powder was not included although there was a washing machine on site . Previous apartments we had stayed at supplied washing powder. Air conditioner started leaking on the last day we were there! Apart from all that it was a good apartment to stay in for 2 days.

Nothing it was perfect.

one of very few places we could find with private parking - major plus. the room itself was basic but had the essentials, quiet location still walking distance to key attractions. handy that it also has a lift

the lockbox for the key was a bit faulty and took a few attempts to open. the kitchen didn’t have a lot of cups or plates. only a coffee machine, no kettle.
