Maison A&A

The apartment is extremely well located just near the Bastione St Remy, in a charming area of town. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival, and also the fact that there are two separate bedrooms (i.e. it's not just a big studio) which is great for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The host, Donatella, was very accommodating, as we had to leave early on the day of check-out and she agreed to do the check-out and returned the caution deposit the evening before. If we were going to Cagliari again, we would definitely like to stay in this apartment again

Just for awareness - The apartment is in a very old building, and although is quite spacious, some of the rooms have unusual shapes, for example the bathroom is a little small and cramped - but this is not a big deal

Великолепное расположение, буквально 5 минут пешком до старого города и основной торговой улицы с бутиками и магазинами. Можно легко припарковать машину. Управляющая апартаментами очень доступно все объяснила - что касается платной и бесплатной парковки и другие особенности пребывания в квартире в центре, в пешеходной зоне. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым оборудованием и посудой для проживания.

Пожелание для хозяина - надо оставить подробную информацию о вывозе мусора.Нам пришлось весь мусор оставить в квартире, потому что в пешеходных зонах существует сложная система вывоза мусора. Но если бы мы знали заранее о правилах, мы бы сами его вынесли.
