The location is very near to the tram stop. The apartment provides all the facilities advertised. The rooms are comfy. Washing machine is handy as we can wash our clothes and travel light. I love the apartment and surely will stay here again IF I ever go to Sapporo.

This was the perfect location to enjoy the Snow Festival in Sapporo. The accommodation was as described, and the host was very quick to respond to messages and checked-in with us via message throughout the stay. The check-in/arrival process went smoothly because the information provided ahead of time was very thorough. It is on a quiet street but near a tram that goes right near the festival and downtown area. It was plenty of space for our family. There is a grocery store and convenience stores nearby.
