The unit is clean, comfortable, needed items in the kitchen is available , i requested for a rice cooker and they happily brought the rice cooker the next day, the host is very accommodating, the unit is spacious compared to Tokyo . The location is near the center, quiet area , safe to walk ,we didnt even take train , we just walk going to the shopping area, grocery, park.

這間民宿溫馨舒適，設備齊全，無論是短期停留或長住都非常適合。廚房器具完善，能輕鬆下廚做簡單料理，像在自己家一樣自在。室內佈置也蠻用心，空間乾淨整潔，讓人一進門就感到放鬆安心。無論是獨旅或家庭同行，都能感受到如家般的溫暖與便利。 地點離地鐵要步行10分鐘到薄野站，市電則需要3分鐘左右可在東本願寺前搭車。 附近有2間超市步行2-5分鐘就可以到了，便利商店也非常多且距離也很近。 床及枕頭被褥都很舒服。

房間濕氣較重需要持續開除濕機。 附近有很多風俗店，人也較為複雜，有小小孩或者是獨旅女性慎入。

房间很大很干净，居家旅行的设备都有配备，地段也不错的 周边超市很多，去薄野中心稍微走个几分钟路程

自助入住可以在简便点，感觉稍微有点麻烦

廁所確實有點小，但整體夠用了，位置非常方便，一下樓就有市電，可以直接轉乘機場巴士，附近也有24小時超市，推薦！

How responsive the team were via booking messenger portal. The location is great. The apartment was very clean. Clear instructions on how to get the key and how to get to the apartment from the airport.

I do not recommend this place as a solo traveller. There is no security on site. So if you have an issue you can only message the owner / management team, and although they are responsive, they can only assist from a distance, which doesn't help when you are new to a city and trying to get comfortable. The entrance, lift and stairs need major Refurbishment, they don't show you what they look like when you are booking an apartment. It was disappointing when I got in the lift. The apartment I was in was very tired looking and also needs refurbishment and the bed wasn't very comfortable. I was moved to a better room, with more comfortable beds. The bathrooms all need upgrading and the bath is not a hot tub.
