V57 APARTMENT OKTOGON

Very central.

Needs a bit of updating and some reparations.

The accommodation was perfect! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was very good,everything was accessible and close with public transport. We were very satisfied. The host was very nice and made sure that everything was okay.

Excellent communication, easy check-in process, good (not best) location, supermarket and public transportation nearby, clean and quiet place, good WiFi.

Only 2 towels (and two smaller sized) for a couple for 5 days, creaky floor, a firm temperature of 21 Celsius degrees by A/C (during winter this temperature may not be good for all and it it wasn’t for us for sure), the shower is supplied water by the sink, and it is inconvenient to use.

The location was nice and if you are a walking person you could go everywhere by feet (we didn't use the metro at all but you have to walk a lot). Also there was always hot water in the bathroom. The apartment was very quiet, no bothering noises from outside. We didn't meet our host, they use self check in system, but via messages she seemed very kind.

It could be a little bit more clean in some points. The apartment is on 4th floor and the elevator was old (we used it a couple of times),so if someone is afraid of elevators I think he has to go by feet.

The location was great and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a short (or even longer stay). The kitchen had everything for basic cooking, the WC was warm, the bedroom had a lot of storage. The whole place was clean and warm and the owner is very responsive.

The apartment was fully renovated, very well equipped and very clean. The location is absolutely quiet but still very close to a main road where you easily get the tram. The communication with the owner was excellent.

A very nice studio, clean and spacious. Great location, very close to the metro station. Vicky was very helpful and client oriented, I really appreciate all the check in details, very helpful. The location is quiet, no traffic noise, on a nice street close to the Cervantes Institute.
