This was a first experience for us an amazing location very clean and staff were very friendly an helpful,efficient service thank your will definitely return 😀

it was self catering so ate out for breakfast. location was good close to beach and shops etc

i was woken up at 8am on two mornings with incessant drilling and neighbors blaring loud music. when i contacted owner i was told that if i wanted a relaxing break i should not have come to Benidorm. i left after 2 days and found a lovely place for the rest of my break. The staff at a local bar Sherry's were fantastic!

The apartment is in an excellent location right next to Ian's restaurant and sherries bar in the old town , very comfortable and good size apartment with everything you could want for a short stay , even had a washing machine!

The host was waiting at the apartment to greet us. There was communication from start to finish from us arriving at the airport until the handover of the keys

I know it's not a big thing, but complimentary toiletries might be nice. When you are going on a short break with just hand luggage, you don't always have space for these. It's not the responsibility of the hosts, but it would be a nice touch.

Wonderful location and really comfortable bed

It was cold in there hence I loved the warm comfy bed !

Brilliant location. Comfortable bed. Separate lounge and bedroom. Great WiFi and communication was good. Large fridge freezer.

A few little extras would be helpful. Maybe a toaster and there was no tea towel. Apart from that the kitchen was well equipped for our needs.

Nice, 1bed flat in the heart of the old town, 1 min from the coastline. Large, good value supermarket 3 mins away.

Very poor on arrival communication. We waited 30 mins to be let in. Contact Tel no. has a 7 prefix (Russia?). Finally I got an invite to a what's app no. Messaged it,no reply but then the guy turned up, very poor English, but used Google translate well. A Spanish mobile no is necessary that can be called or texted. We just needed a reply like...'5 mins'...but received nothing. Such a shame as the place is great and great value, but standing in the cold with no contact was not a great beginning.
