Great location for visiting all of NYC - lovely apartment with all you could need, clean apartment and great (patient and informative) host. I felt it was also excellent VFM

Attention to details and what is provided.in the apartment. Every you need was there. Very much enjoyed our stay, this was great.

Nothing per say except maybe the stairs...with heavy suitcases it was not easy to bring them up...and thinking of family with babies as well...but really something you would overlook as the experience was amazing. We.loved it.

Beautiful appartement in Brooklyn, well decorated and equipped, with air conditioning, wifi, fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very nice and responsive.

The neighbourhood was not very nice,a bit dirty and felt unsecured but we got used after 2 days. And it was close to the subway line J going to Manhattan.

It was A spacious apartment. All the amenities were there. There is even A washer and dryer in the basement that you can use for a fee. Air conditioning in every room. It was very neat and clean. The neighborhood doesn’t seem very pleasant at first, but we never had any problems. The apartment is well located, only A 5 minute walk to the metrostation and then a 20 minute drive to Manhattan. There’s A very good foodmarket nearby the metro. We recommend this apartment.

If you are staying 10 days it might have been helpful to have had more towels. Fortunately there was a washing machine so I washed them myself after a couple days.

Location was fine, handy to the train we needed to travel around.

Other bookings we had made took ID and credit card details at the time of booking and it was simple. Unfortunately when this was requested just prior to our arrival, and the formats did not work it made it slightly stressful as there were long delays between communications to try and sort it out, not the hosts fault but at times some texts/emails were ignored. Codes for entry and closets were either wrong or only given a minute before our arrival time, and without an explanation that this would happen it became stressful. Other places trusted us and supplied them 24 hours prior.

The property is very clean, comfortable, good location. It’s not far from the metro.

No, everything is so so good

The apartment is beautifully decorated + updated. Just about everything you could need is provided, and the host is very responsive. Keyless entry was very convenient.

The outside of the building is less nice than the interior (eg, very high amount of trash on the sidewalk & street) although a few of the neighbors were friendly. We could have used a backup paper towel roll (there was plenty of TP) & some extra hand towels (there were plenty of bath towels+washcloths).
