Sandy's Place NYC 1

The place was perfect and the host was really kind and helpful. The apartment has all the facilities and was very comfortable. We had a chance to explore Brooklyn and its uniqueness - J line is very convenient and it will take you very quickly to Manhattan; it’s also a walking distance from A and C lines. If you like exploring, you will find many charming and local places with delicious food and coffee. And if you continue walking Greene Avenue, you will easily get to the shopping centre and then it’s only a short walk away from Dumbo.

Location 'kept it real' and provided an authentic Brooklyn experience. Takeout spots, local eat-in joints were within 5 minutes walk. Subway is 5-10 mins walk away and provides access to the whole of NYC. Quality appliances in the apartment. Host was available for any questions but did not interfere at all

It's a small apartment, but, for the price, location etc we were happy. Especially as we spent more time outside exploring NYC.

Very clean and easily accessible. It’s a very short distance to the J line, so you’re quickly in Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Sandra's Brooklyn townhouse is a great choice for those visiting NYC, the apartment has very modern furnishings and is very comfortable. With regards to the location, there isn't much to do in walking distance however you are only a short train ride away from Manhattan, the train station is a 5 min walk away. I drove, and it was easy to find parking right in front of the house on Greene Ave, which is also free (you just have to remember to move your car for street sweeping).

Very convenient to local public transportation and had all the amenities we needed for a weekend away. Sandra was easy to communicate with as well.

Stairs a little bit high, need more effort to bring heavy luggage, it might better to add some slope or tools so we can easier to bring luggage from stairs
