This place surprises you pleasantly. All the reviews I had read before booking this property were absolutely true. Clean, calm, warm ambiance. Superb location. Wonderful host. In short, we are definitely coming back.

Just amazingly beautiful property….. our total family enjoyed a lot… they provided good service, neatly organised kitchen with all facilities to cook and serve.. they provided well and lavishly furnished rooms with amazing lavish bathrooms

The location is excellent, as it's situated very close to the beach. The staff, including Manager Vignesh and Security Guard Surya, are both very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms of the 1BHK apartment were very spacious, airy, bright, clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchentte. The apartment had 2 balconies overlooking the garden area. Located between the main road and the beach it offered easy access to both. The staff led by the property manager (who stayed on site) were attentive to every detail and any request was met efficiently and promptly. Breakfast was wholesome and adequate.

The approach road to the property is rather narrow as is the case in most properties near the beach in Goa. The parking provided was not in the building but close by.

We loved the stay. It was super comfortable and clean! The location was super close to the beach. Very helpful and nice owner, Service and Security.

Provides a true meaning to the phrase **Home away from Home** Shruti is an amazing host and the way she makes you comfortable on arrival will feel like she is a part of your family. We stayed in Room H , 1 BHK appt and it wqs complete with all the amenities required for a leisureful holiday in Goa. Add the beautiful lush green garden and less than 2 min walk to the beach, we truly had one of our most amazing holiday ever!!!

First , parking was an issue. If you have a 4 Wheeler, it is going to get a bit taxing. The pool area needs some real overhaul , restructuring and redevelopment. This includes the recliners, the shower area and the pool itself wherein ants and flies floating in the pool water freely is a common scene. Lighting in the pool including interior lightings need to be repaired and maintained.
