Everything was great! We felt very comfortable. Breakfast was served at a previously agreed time (very good), the room was thoroughly cleaned and refreshed every day. Great contact with the owner, very friendly and helpful! Very nice staff. Nice and quiet beach. I recommend it 100%

Staff were excellent and took care of all our needs, from start to end. Would like to specially mention Shruthi and Vignesh for their professional and excellent hospitality

Shower area need to be fixed. Water leaks outside of the shower area and make the entire area wet.

"Excellent stay for a family."

Excellent location. 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. It is in the heart of Calngute with great food joints and shopping mall like Newtons very near to the property. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Clean swimming pool.

The parking place is far away.

Very nice clean property. Well cared for by a young couple who went out of their way to help. The room was very clean and everything you needed was there. Breakfast was brought up to the room every day. They cooked breakfast food without chilli for me that was great. Tasty breakfast. Clean swimming pool, and a path to the beach. Comfortable bed.

We were 9 family members, rented 2 apartments- 4 bedroom and 1 bedroom for 4 nights.Beautiful,clean apartments & smelling good too!Had water purifier,cooking facilities,utensils,cutlery etc. Clothes drying rack was there too. Care takers Shruti & Vignesh and other staff took care of everything so well.I always received prompt replies from Shruti regarding any query before we arrived at the property.Amazing home cooked breakfast.Clean pool. 5 minutes walk to beach. 7 minutes walk to the main road where restaurants and other shops are.My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.Would definitely stay there if we visit Goa again!

There was nothing to dislike!
