The location was fantastic. It was so close to city and within walking distance to everything we needed. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable. Appreciated having a dish washer with well stocked utensils and plates/cups/pots. The shower was good.

Outside was bit noisy at night.

I hope you give a proper guidanace on how to get the keys as well about how to enter and exit the car park. A better examplaint guidance would bw better. Atleast if u could print an information leaflet and leave it in every room for ppl to go through.

Very central to theatre and shopping centre and restaurants

Advertised as air conditioned only the living area was. Advertised as 2 beds.... day bed in lounge room was 2nd bed Had to sleep in lounge room Was woken at 6am with auto vac starting up I suggest that they advertise properly. I probably would have stayed somewhere else.... I'm 70 didn't like sleeping on day bed.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR REVIEW WITH THIS HOST. THE OWNER CONTACTED ME AND HAVING AN ARGUMENT AND CAUSING AN ALTERCATION VIA MESSAGE AS DIDN'T LIKE MY HONEST AND FAIR REVIEW. Location is great! Central and easy to get to and from. Close to shops and restaurants too. If you lucky you can get free parking from 5:30pm just outside frond door.

The policy where every visitor (staying over or not) needs host approval OR $100 fee applies. This is little ridiculous. I understand not having a frat party, but to seek approval for a visitor... never heard of that before. I paid additional $90 for my partner to stay with me after requested approval. I have booked many apartment stays before, and they are a total apartment fee, not per person, it is not a hotel. Not being allowed to have an "authorised visitor" is next level wrong. Again, I understand not allowing all out parties, but a single visitor needing approval... not a fan!
