Da Giovanni e Marcella

Paní Marcella byla velice milá a vstřícná. I když jsme si díky jazykové bariéře nerozuměli, proběhlo předání klíčů a prohlídka ubytování v pořádku. Bylo pro nás připraveno menší uvítací občerstvení, k dispozici byl kávovar včetně kapslí. Cítili jsme se v bytě jako u babičky. .-)

Everything went to plan, place was spotless, great location close to the station

The location is perfect for day trips around Toscana. The owners are nice.

The apartment was basicly clean, but there is to much useless staff and objects full of dust, and you can smell mold. The bed is very short. The free parking space is around the block, and you have to be lucky to find one in the evening. You can heath with 2 airconditions, the radiators are opened by the owner only in the morning and evening. People living upstairs make great noise late in the evening.

Very convenient and comfortable apartment with all we needed. Host provided welcome gift and was available if required

Nice apartment. Marcella was very kind and helpful. Does not speak any English, but we were able to use a translator on her phone.. Very close to train station.

Very busy and noisy street. Not at all what I wanted or expected. A little hard to find the address but owner saw us looking for it and approached us. Not much to do in the town. I expected more of a village. The pictures were not of the town of Certaldo, but of the old town up on the hill.

Marcellus was a kind and helpful lady.

Great old apartment close to station. Well stocked kitchen. Double A/c. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Spent four nights there, and was quite comfortable. Reasonable value for money.

No outdoor area. Quite dark.

Very clean and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. The photos don't do it justice. The owner was very welcoming and lived above the apartment so was readily available if needed.

Nothing really. Just a language barrier but nothing Google Translate didn't fix.
