Apartment Matea - 20m from the beach

Perfektní, není co dodat. Voda byla nádherné čistá, krajina zasazena mezi Pag a Velebit je takřka nedotknuta turismem. Paní Matea byla velmi přátelská, vstřícná a milá. Po celou dobu pobytu byly k dispozici lehátka a slunečníky na pláži zdarma. Když jsme se zeptali, zda bychom mohli grilovat, zapůjčili nám krásný zděný gril včetně briket a podpalovače. Nemuseli jsme se o nic starat. Kuchyňka byla dostatečně vybavena pro běžné potřeby (hrnce, talíře, příbory, mikrovlnka, myčka na nádobí včetně mycich tablet, lednice včetně mrazáku) Pračka je také k dispozici ve společných prostorách mezi apartmány. Náš spodní apartmán měl i prostorný balkon s markýzou a výhledem na moře. Parkování přímo pod domem. Naprosto klidná lokalita s minimálním provozem. Byli jsme velmi spokojení 👍👍👍👍👍

Je to dáno přízemním bytem, nikoli kvalitou úklidu, ale občas nás navštívily stonožky a pavouci. Prostor mezi toaletou a sprchovým koutem by mohl být věští ☺️

When we were there, there were also 2 other families and 7 dogs including ours. Same as people may not like some, not all dogs like each other. Perhaps there should be some agreement, schedule, or something else between the owner. and guests, or between guests, to allow everyone with dogs at certain times to enjoy the beach without causing any uncomfortable situation. While there we were able to workout such schedule with one of the guests, and another older German couple was not possible to make any arrangements. They thought they owned the beach. During the first day in the evening we ran out of gas and it was delivered by the owner by the next day at noon. We had some issues with water heater and needed to contact the owner to find out that we need to turn the switch on for it to start working. We were not informed about that while receiving the keys. Other than that, place is nice and we enjoyed it.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The sea is really close and there is a nice view. The surroundings were very silent indeed.

Spaces within the apartment are small but good for two people. We travelled with two smaller dogs, under mid-size. Our neighbour upstairs had one mid-size dog. However, the apartment downstairs hosted two people with 4 dogs, three of them large. They pretty much reserved the beach and we were not comfortable with going there until they left. I think this is something the house owner should consider, limiting the number (and the size) of dogs one apartment may host.

The host is extremely kind and helped us with all the questions and extra requests we had. It is right next to the sea, we felt very good on the terrace with sea view. The beach is not crowded and we had plastic sunbeds available for free. There is a free parking space in front of the house. It has all the necessary and functional appliances.

Mosquitoes. There are nets, so they only pinched us on the terrace and the problem was solved with a few smoke spirals.

The Apartment is literally at the seaside and we went for a swim every morning before breakfast. There were a few niggles but they were promptly sorted out by the owner. Fairly well equipped kitchen but fridge is very noisy! Nice shower and bath.

The hotplates are old and the most inefficient way of heating anything but the apartment!
