The cleanliness and atmosphere

The view - there is none, but we also didn't care. It is so close to the convention center.

Good location. Clean.

Easy to get to. Big apartment. Lovely comfy bed. Great coffee machine. Host was contactable throughout stay and was prompt with response to queries.

Arrival instruction/key pick up could be sent before arrival along with photos of key safe location to make it easier and less stressful on arrival. Also instructions in the apartment about what to do when leaving. What rubbish goes in which bin, where to leave the keys. It's a little out of town. There is a bus stop just outside and another about 700mtrs away that connect to Chemnitz centre and main station. They run every 30mins and takes about 25mins. Under the bed could do with a good clean. Water pressure in the shower is weak.

We liked everything, you feel at home. Even such a small thing as ice for drinks (because of the heat) was provided. Thank you very much!
