Квартира в новому ЖК біля набережної з неймовірним краєвидом на Дніпро. Біля будинку велика парковка, пляж, супермаркети, кав'ярні, аптека - все для комфортного проживання. Хочеться повернутися до Вас ще!

"Не дивлячись на недоліки нам все сподобалося, не пожалкували про відпочинок.Дякуємо."

Розташування сподобалося (поряд з пляжем), була битова техніка, пральна машинка, посуд, окремі кімнати, чиста білизна, все що потрібно для проживання.

Кондиціонер працював слабо ( було спекотно), дверцята в душовій кімнаті не справні (при закриванні знімалися), на одному з диванів була розірвана покрівля і він постійно перекидався ( точно не для дорослої людини), в кімнаті на дверях немає замків

- Great location - Nice view from the window - Lots of room, especially in the kitchen, bathroom and corridor area - Clean

- The general state of apartment has seen better days for sure. Some cosmetic repair is desperately needed. - Value for the price paid is lacking a bit
