Розташування квартири та чистота під'їзду

При заселенні все здавалось чистим. Лише ввечері коли повернулись на квартиру і зібрались спати побачили плями на постільному. Матрац на ліжку подавлений, скрипить, давить в хребет. Неможливо спати, тому розмістились на дивані ( добре хоч він не поламаний виявився). Консєрж взяла додатко за паркування машини на ніч гроші Господар квартири ні слова не сказав. Ліфт гуде на вуха, тяжко спати було. Бойлер прокапує. І все це 1200грн. В мотелі при дорозі кращі умови. Господар навіть не запропонував скидки та не вибачився. Просто сказав де подивитись іншу постіль. Як наче це нормально
