Heerlijk ruim, net appartement. Twee badkamers en perfect werkende airco. Keuken behoorlijk compleet en buurtsuper op 1 minuut lopen. Digitaal inchecken werkte prima. We hadden gemeld dat de WiFi niet goed werkte. Dit werd meteen opgelost.

Parkeren aan de straat in Chiavari is een uitdaging. Er zijn heel weinig vrije parkeerplaatsen te vinden.

This spacious, attractive, well-equipped apartment is on the 2nd floor with a lift. It has very effective air conditioning units in both bedrooms & lounge. It is on a lovely, mostly residential street, with 2 small supermarkets nearby. It’s a pleasant 10 minute walk to the train station, 6 minutes to the beach and the many sea front restaurants & bars which are reached via a subway under the train line. The interaction with the property management company was excellent, made via email & WhatsApp. They provided useful ‘how to’ information including easy check in/check out. Chiavari is a very attractive, historic seaside town. We did experience some problems with the apartment which I am mentioning in the hope that these can be sorted for the next visitors. These were passed to the management company along with some feedback on improving the ’how to’ guides. The wi-fi was problematic, an android took several attempts to connect & an i-phone could not connect so a step-by-step guide would be helpful. The shower in the double bedroom did not have water pressure or hot water and we could not get the dishwasher to work. They did try to get an engineer, but we could not get back in time for them to gain access. The apartment was very clean apart from the drain of the other shower. Even with a couple of issues, we loved our stay & very much hope to return.
