Very well equipped appartment, with everything you will ever need. Attention to detail detail was exepcional. Excellent location, private parking, and out host Arianna was very helpful. Pure 10!

The property is well looked after and really clean. Situated in a quiet area, we really enjoyed the silence during evenings and nights at the nice balcony surrounded by plants and trees. The owner was very kind and understanding with us. The property has private parking and the owner also offered to use 2 of their bikes if we want to. The kitchen well equipped, the bedroom large and comfortable. The bathroom also has a hair drier and a washing machine. We were happy about the choice we made.

There are a few tiny things to be done around but nothing that could ruin your stay there.

The host was really great. The apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and an older building hides a really modern place. It was exceptionally clean and conveniently located, you can easily walk to the train station and the town's restaurants without the need to live in the center. Huge recommend for anyone planning to visit Liguria!

Wonderful apartment with all bear necessities. When we first stepped our feet there, it was like a bliss. Bright, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms and bathroom with all possible appliances. ;) Moreover, the owner greeted us with lots of snacks and a bottle of delicious red wine. Also, the kitchen area had more than we could have imagined. For two weeks we used everything in the kitchen and did not buy a thing ourselves. It was like leaving in your own apartment but with lots of things placed there for you by hotel stuff. And lots of space for your clothes as well. There were two air conditioners which we did not use at all as the apartment is cool and dry even at the hottest time of the day.

Very well equipped apartment, spacious and with comfortable bed, with pleasant garden, nice parking lot and 2 bicycles. The host was very reactive in answering messages (thank you @Arianna): we've even received a present at our arrival (wine, water, juice and fruits). It is 10/15 minutes walk to the city center and 15/20 minutes to the train station (which is ideal to easily reach Portofino or Cinque Terre). It should be 20min walk to the beach but I recommend it rather by car (chargeable parking 1EUR/hour) or even on bicycle.

- Arianna was very polite and helpful, - Apartment was very clean and practically decorated, - there were AC units both in the front room and bedroom. - nearby there were several supermarkets, pizza places etc - parking place was very easy to drive in and out - when we moved in there were orange juice, bottled water in the fridges which I think very kind of the establishment

- sofa bed could be more comfortable - although it is not outside the city I think I would like it more if the apartment were closer to the old city center - there were no insect meshes on windows nor any curtains

Renovated 1 bedroom apartment, clean, with all amenities required. Located at a nice building inside a residential neighborhoods. About 20 min walk to train station.

Location was a bit far from centre but only because I have a small 6 year old.
