Pulizia, dotazioni della casa, luminosità, comfort dei letti, doppio bagno.

Rumorosità dal traffico della strada, ma la cosa ha creato solo un piccolo disturbo e solo per la persona che dormiva in salotto, più esposto al rumore. Le camere sono più silenziose e, comunque, gli infissi ottimi e isolanti.
