Great location, the apartment is very spacious and clean 🫶 it is near all the facilities and needs. Patrizia and her son are so kind and friendly. Thanks for the discount on food from your restaurant, Spaghetti was so tasty 😊🫶🫶

Not Sso clen when thinking to make something to eat there...

The key pickup was smooth, and communication and support from Alessandro were excellent. The toaster wasn’t working, and we needed an extra pillow, both of which were provided immediately by him. The apartment is located right in the center of this beautiful town, close to restaurants, bars, and directly above a supermarket – everything is within reach without the need for a car. The lovely Sottomarina beach is just a 20-minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. It is well-equipped, featuring a dishwasher and cleaning supplies. The building also has an elevator.

It can be a bit noisy at night, although it didn’t bother us too much, as it’s understandable being in the city center. The kitchen equipment could be slightly improved; there were only two wine glasses, and there were three stovetop coffee makers, but only one small one worked well. These are minor details, though. The available parking is 400 meters away, which wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s something to consider when loading and unloading luggage. We recommend stopping by the apartment first to avoid carrying bags over a distance. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would happily return!

Two good double beds, bed sofa a little too soft. Excellent AC, clean, not too noicy outside from the bar (stayed mon-wed). However, very central (and sounds from street and a church bell) with many good resturants close by. Walking distans to the beach ok, but would be best with bike. Perfect communication with the owners son. Easy to find.

A terrace would have been nice, but you cannot have everything all the time;)
