Just off the Main Street / canals to enjoy all that the town has to offer. Very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. We parked nearby for a very reasonable daily rate.

Luciano is a great host, he welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is right in the old town so everything is not far by foot but if you want to go further, Luciano has also bikes that you can rent for free :) that was the big highlight of our trip. The kitchen has everything so you can cook properly. In the night, it’s completely quiet, no parties around, restaurant or bars that is open until late so you can have a good night sleep 😴

We had the top floor apartment and the space was fairly good for our group of ppl (5 total) and the terrace was spectacular. Having air conditioning was a huge perk. And Luciano (the property manager) was amazing.

The kitchen was somewhat equipped, but still missing some things. The downstairs neighbors complained that we were loud and we did nothing to deserve the warning so it makes me think the sound travels; be aware just in case you have the lower apartments. There's a million stairs with no elevator. If we'd known the extent of the stairs, we would have chosen something else since we had someone who has limited mobility in our group.

The location is just perfect - just a few steps and you are at the canal and see the most pictureperfect part of Chioggia. The roof terrace of the apartment was wonderful for a tea in the morning or a wine in the evening. The price you pay is to walk up quite a few stairs - but well worth it. Great service to get free bikes to trave around the islands.

It is quite hard to say the exact time when to arrive and when to depart. On arrival it was no problem, we wrote a message and someone greeted us with the key. But the departure I found very awkward. The owner asked us two days before the exact time (between 9 and 10 wasn't enough) and then he was there at 8:50 am to make sure we are leaving. We felt as he couldn't wait until we have left, although we still had more than an hour time... Unfortunately the gas of the hob wasn't working so we couldn't cook. No idea if there was a hidden trick to open the gas (we tried and looked everywhere) and nobody told us or if the gas or the stove was out of order. Pity because we booked an apartment to be able to cook. So we had to go out for eating every day which made the stay more expensive than we expected.
