Modern Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment - Walk to the shops! Free Wifi

Cosy little apartment close to everything I needed, needed an extension for 3 more nights amd was.no problem to resolve through owners, happily to say I would book again here in the future on my RnR. Everything you needed supplied, amazing service

The vac was flat when I wanted to do house duties 😜 but wasn't end. Of the world, Nothing wrong here if wanting a quiet easy place to maintain 10 out of 19

Very clean and comfortable, instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything you need is to hand, I got washing powder all over the boot of my hire car and while looking for a brush found a portable battery vacuum! Perfect! Left a new coffee strainer (free gift from previous hotel) and washing powder there as it didn’t fit in luggage, hope the owner doesn’t mind. :)

Not a real complaint but I found the main front door regularly open or even propped wide open. Not ideal for security. Maybe they had workman in but it was like this almost every time I got back.

The location and safety. It was right across the road from shops and very secure. You had to use a key to open the outside apartment door before you used another key to open your own door

Its not that anything was wrong with the property. Check in was late, i had to wait a few extra hours although i did give short notice. Had a little issue with tv but manager responded quite promptly.

We’re overseas visitors who came for a funeral in Perth. Your apt was handy & central to shops & our friends in nearby suburbs. Fairly quiet despite being located beside a major road. Loved the friendly, helpful neighbours in apts nos. 17, 18 & 19! Appreciate Erin’s efficiency, whom we could phn after arriving late that evening, to access the keys. Thnx for the tea & coffee, as well as cold fridge & hot water shower, waiting for us after a 7hr flight!

The blinds in the bedroom & lounge windows were faulty so could not be opened to let the lovely warm sunshine into the apartment. At night the gaps between the slats the street light in which disrupted sleep. Bedroom carpet & throw on bed need a wash. Bath towels texture like sandpaper - need to be washed with fabric softener.

It was convenient for what we wanted to do. Easy access and clear instructions.

The sofa bed in the lounge is terrible to sit on with the cushions constantly sliding forward. Lack of kitchen counter prep space due to the location of the microwave, we placed it on the floor out of the way.

The apartment was nice and clean and close to shops.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable very cheap also the main bedroom didn't have air-conditioning. While I was visiting temps where up to 43degrees so I definitely noticed the lack of coolness in the bedroom.

No smart tv in room

Modern, simple but had everything you need for a short stay. Loved the location
