"Fantastic location everything you need for a stay in Coniston."

Very clean and a fabulous location, large living room well decorated. Staff were very friendly our early check in was a great bonus. The second time we have stayed at the appointment. Very highly recommended.

"Perfect place to stay for a trip to the Lakes"

The property is great - the bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with all the necessary appliances, the shower was great after a long day in the fells. The location is fantastic with endless hiking options right at the doorstep. This is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lake District.

"Exceptional"

Very clean and cosy apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to self cater for a week. Easy stroll into Coniston and then down to the lake. Angela was very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again.
