El respeto a la privacidad, flexibilidad en horarios y la buena coordinacion para el ingreso al inmueble, personal del edificio muy amables.

Nada que no me haya gustado, solo propongo un stock de insumos de limpieza extra para mantener la limpieza.

Cristián (anfitrión) muy atento a responder al instante, igualmente que Diana con muy buena disposición respecto a solicitudes, depto limpio y muy acogedor, por tema de ir con niños super primordial que cuente con mallas protectoras ( factor que influyo en mi decisión) , excelente ubicación y con un detalle super importante es llegar y contar artículos de aseo necesarios para la estadía (se agradece ya que no todos tienen esos detalles como confort, toalla nova, toallas, etc) la aislación del ruido buenísima a lo que permite descansar; ya que por ser un sector bohemio los fds de por si hay mas ruidos; de todas mis estadías vía booking ha sido la mejor, mis felicitaciones!!

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, la vista y la comodidad del espacio... ideal para la familia. Ya tenemos un lugar donde querer estar cuando volvamos. La ubicación es ideal para salir a a caminar, recorrer, comer y disfrutar de los diferentes panoramas

Excelente departamento, linda ambientación, con todo lo necesario en los distintos espacios. Muy limpio. Muy buena coordinación en la llegada. A una cuadra de la playa.

Solo mencionar que la ubicación de depto. es un lugar de alto tránsito, obviamente esto esta fuera del alcance del propietario, solo lo menciono porque se producen tacos a la salida. Afortunadamente se puede ir caminando a la playa o a negocios cercanos.
