B&B Chiaro di Luna

Nothing really. We never got the room we booked, we're never noticed ahead of time that we were going to be put into an ugly room with no windows, and yet we're charged ( the payment had gone through before we arrived) for the room we had booked... a large suite with a balcony.

We stay in over 50 hotel rooms a year and we rarely write negative reviews like this. Most hotel stays are highly enjoyable - not this one. We booked a room, like the photos on Booking.com with a beautiful bedroom, a balcony, and a view. We were never notified ahead of time that there was " A problem" with our room. We never learned what the " technical issue" was but instead we were put into a dungeon unit next door which was not on the Booking.com website. It was cold, no windows, had a very unsafe shower that we were very fearful of falling in ( cant imagine Booking.com would allow it), the WiFi never functioned after we initially logged in, and then " breakfast" offered was a stale packaged buns, with tabletop coffee expresso maker no one would know how to use. Not acceptable, and not at all reflective of what we had paid. The host wasn't there when we arrived, was not on site except when we had to call her to get checked in, had no printed information in English, could not speak a word of English, and desperately just wanted to get our passport info and get back in her car - no warmth/no service . Not what you expect in a B&B at all. Terrible experience as we would have booked one of Corleone's other amazing places if the host had let us know in advance there was a "problem.".

Het was in het centrum van Corleone. Ik kon een wasje doen en er was een keuken beschikbaar.

De kamer met het stapelbed vond ik niet zo gezellig maar uiteindelijk was de prijs zo laag dat ik heel tevreden was. Ideaal voor pelgrims.

Location and very clean

Our room didn’t have any windows and was tight. Upgrade your room if option is available. It can make the stay dark and stuffy without a window.

It was clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped.

It was freezing. A cold apartment in the garage. I put on all my clothes and in my sleeping bag under the blankets my body temperature was comfortable. The slower is dangerous. It is a bathtub with a slight elevation on one end and when I tried to change my foothing in order to was my legs I slipped on the elevation and hit my hip.
