location next to the train station, city centre, supermarket and restaurants, blinds in every room, a lot of space, kitchenware, two balconies, amazing view, clean apartment, fresh lining

Terrible contact with hosts who would not answer text messages on whatsapp (which was their app of choice), booking and traditional messages for more than 24 hours and then block your number after you call them twice (we had an emergency and required their help as soon as possible). They were said to be on holiday at the time what we understand but it would be more proffesional if they had informed us about difficulties in reaching them. Also there was no wi-fi at the site when we arrived and we heard from the hosts that they will bring the router to us the next day. Overall the place was great but the experience with hosts made our stay worse and more stressful.
