Sem segurança, com portões abertos que possibilitava a entrada de qualquer estranho dentro da casa. A casa estava bem suja.

The internet did not work at any point during the stay. There is no reception or concierge. The key uses a mechanical code lock with a fixed password known by neighbors — I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in the apartment. The property needs painting and general renovation. Showers either didn’t work or sprayed water sideways; I even got shocked once. Water temperature was either too cold or extremely hot. Exposed wiring in multiple areas of the house. Poorly installed outlets and switches. Broken doors throughout the apartment. The sofa was stained and dirty. Flooring was coming loose in several spots. There was a leak in the back area. No drinking water provided. No towels available. Not all air conditioners were functional. No desk or table suitable for work. The staircase was poorly designed — I nearly fell three times. The finishing throughout the house is very poor. The workmanship appears inexperienced or careless. The refrigerator was falling apart, missing the freezer door, and barely cooling. Every time the refrigerator is opened, the light bulb explodes — a potential fire hazard. The refrigerator was extremely dirty. There were stains even on the ceiling. One of the village’s apartments appeared to be in ruins, possibly collapsed. No trash bags were provided in the bins. The only cleaning product available was dish soap. A bucket of dirty water was left in the back. No clean floor cloths were available.

Extremely dirty, doors broken,the back door didn't lock, felt unsafe. No response from the owner when asked for help booking a taxi.
