New House - Magnificent Studios in Coventry City Centre, free parking, by COVSTAYS

Did not send me the check in details. Collection of key from secure box under scaffolding. Building material in the fire exit. Live electric cable hanging in the hallway which is against health and safety advice and risk of life. Rude receptionist, hung up on me three times when I tried to get directions. Asking for deposit after booking where it has not been mentioned on booking.com and three days after leaving still have not received the deposit back. Very noisy fridge which is on all the time. Wifi not working.

Mr Patel was very very rude!!! Terrible customer services. The property flooded but I was offered a refund or any other room. Worst experience I have ever had staying away from home.

Loved the location - Quietish area - but within easy walking distance was a lively shopping area with restaurants, takeaways, pubs and other shops. The property is also situated right behind (or, right in front of - whichever way you want to look at it) the Sky Blue PUB (The Coventry City Football Club Pub) - Great for watching live football. having a few pints and safely walking back home to your cosy flat.

There is nothing to not like.

The host was nice even the place is absolutely nice for short stays and absolutely clean but it was disappointing in some matters

The property was absolutely immaculate but there was some works going on which was very disturbing for me and my partner and even there was a water leak during heavy rain

easy check-in ( room key from lock box )and check out process. well kept room and other basic amenities. reserved parking was available for the customers. near by Aldi and eateries. hardly 5 min walk to the city centre.

there was some loud noises ( people talking/shouting/doors banging ) , not sure whether it was from outside the building or from the corridors. it did wake me up in the night. also the top floor corridor had a lingering foul smell, probably from a wet carpet floor, not a big issue because very things fine once you are inside the room.

The studio was basic but clean except for left overs in the fridge which was still there when I checked in.

Very noisy and at night it got worse with a lot of olive sirens, screams and disturbance in the parking. Area seems dodgy and not safe
