New House - Magnificent Studios in Coventry City Centre, free parking, by COVSTAYS

Loved it, was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again.

Adding another chair (as it was 2 people and only one chair available).would make everything perfect 👌 especially to eat dinner at the only table there.

The rooms are in a very convenient location for working in city centre. You have everything you need, including free parking and laundry available. It was an accommodating check-in process and the staff are very friendly.

I wasn't made aware of scaffolding being put up very early one morning when I was there. We were on the ground floor and the scaffolding was being built just outside the bedroom window. It was extremely loud and greatly disturbed our sleep. I definitely think we should have been warned about this and put in a room further back in the property where we wouldn't have been directly disturbed.

Absolutely spotless rooms with very modern facilities. Bathroom had nice full bottles of shampoo/shower gel and extra toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty cutlery/utensils/cleaning supplies. Cheaper than other hotels and in a great location close to the city centre Accommodating hosts for late check in at no extra charge, friendly and straight forward

Pub next door VERY loud constantly from early hours til late, but not invasive unless you're a very light sleeper.

The price was very reasonable for the facilities on offer - light, spacious room, nice decor, fully-functioning kitchen, bathroom en-suite, TV with Netflix & Prime, quiet, very clean & modern building. The location is ideal for accessing the city centre. Although it's just the other side of the city's ring road, it's just 7 mins walking from the railway station & about the same to the city centre shopping precincts. There are some restaurants (Lebanese & Thai) just around the corner & a large pub (The Aardvark) next door. Despite this the area at the weekend was quiet & didn't disturb our sleep.

The area is less than salubrious. The bed was too small for two people & therefore uncomfortable. The shower cabin is also too small - & we're not big people!

Great setup. Very clean and had everything I needed for my stay.
