The is located on the second floor, there is no lift, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be annoying. The rooms are cosy, nicely decorated. I stayed for a month, and everything worked just fine. The kitchen has everything that you may need during a short stay. There is a small local shop nearby so you can buy there everything you need. There are bus stops nearby. And the city centre is in a walking distance. I especially recommend for longer stays - you can save a lot of money by cooking at home. There is also a washing machine with drying option, so you dont have to pack as much stuff for longer stays.

One thing is that the smoke detector is very sensitive and it reacted even to the toaster, and turing on the smoke hood did not really help. I stayed for a month and I wish there were some cleaning chemicals besides dish soap to clean up a little bit. Nearby there is some kind of club, so on sturdays it was a little loud for a few hours, but it usually stopped around 10 or 11 pm so it wasn't a big deal.
