"Exceptional"

We loved the communication of the host, the instructions were very clear and the host was responsive. The location was perfect for us, near train station to go to NEC. There was also parking available. Would come back!

It was quite cold in the rooms and it could be a little bit cleaner (dust). But the bed sheets were clean and also bathroom & towels.

Very nice clean and polite, great 24/7 customer service, nice modern fresh apartments and have a homely feel to them so makes it an exceptional stay. The host lovely chap on the phone very helpful.

The location was good & convenient for us to get to the city centre & to the NEC each morning. The apartment was clean, tidy & in a good location. For the budget, this was a great stay & if I'm in the area again for business, I will certainly look at booking again.

No complaints whatsoever. Had everything we needed & ticked all the boxes. The only slight thing would be it's close to a main road, but to be honest, once the windows were shut, we didn't really notice it.
