Have stayed here numerous times, but this particular occasion is was noisier than normal

Had everything I needed Clean Had some tea/coffee/milk there on arrival

Says it has parking but there are only 4 spaces and they are always full. Had to park on the street opposite (which is only a 2 minute walk).

I like kitchen with fridge microwave stove and oven, kettle

For 48 rooms they have only 8 parking spaces, They say that you can park on ribble road without restriction which is over the corner but there is double yellow line. Mattress to soft

Check in was easy and hosts were helpful should have any questions/queries. The room was clean and tidy and had everything that was needed such as fridge, microwave, cooker, hair dryer and iron. Was value for money and had everything we needed for the weekend Also having a lift in the facility is extremely helpful

I would have liked more pots and pans for cooking And a fan in the room as it became hot when cooking and at night but we I did bring my own which helped to keep the room a little cooler

Great facilities in the room, including cooker, fridge microwave, decent hair dryer and an iron and free access to Netflix,

Just a little thing, only 3 coat hangers could have done with a few more
