Clean and good sized room

Air management system was noisy and no TV channels

Great location as our event was at The Humber Pub. Very clean and comfortable. Shop across the road to get bits from.

For a couple bed could have been a full double.

It was convenient

The root was too hot . Could not turn off

Contemporary room, brand new interiors, clean bathroom, coffee/ tea facilities.

Collecting the keys was a struggle. Arriving in late afternoon the location of the keys was not visible in the dark. I had to wait for 20’ in the car park when someone just passed by and thankfully was able to direct me. I tried calling the number given for out of hours contact but there was no response. Upon arrival the room was freezing cold, the temperature wouldn’t increase from the switch and there was only a thin duvet cover without a single extra blanket in the closet. Sleeping both nights was not comfortable due to low temperatures inside the room.

I have used Signature house three times for work, and it is always clean, tidy and comfortable. I prefer the upper floor flats to the ground floor for security but it’s always been quiet, well equipped and clean. This time had a hairdryer and an iron which are useful. Would stay again for work as a single person

Ground floor flat felt slightly less secure than upstairs

Location

No one from the management was at the property the entire stay. Rooms are not cleaned and I don't understand why they should take a 100 quid deposit. It's not a hotel. It's a hostel. There is a Bar next to this place and Saturday nite was a nightmare with drunk people screaming and shouting till 3 am . Sunday there was a party ...again non stop screaming and shouting.
