It was clean when we arrived and close to city centre as well

The bed was broken the sheets were dirty the bathroom was mouldy .

"Superior your having a laugh"

The location, plenty of hot water

Flat very dishelved. Handles missing or hanging off in the kitchen. Silicone around bath grim. Sheet was not totally clean. Lamps at odd angels in bedroom. Headboard gross. Carpets very marked. Security locks on front door broken, had to wedge a dinning room chair under handle as felt unsafe. 5 airc freshener blocks, possibly due to previous guests having smoked. Curtains hanging off even though hooks were there. Worse flat ever stayed in, definitely not superior
