1. Everything needed is available. 2. Though the washing machine was under repair, the property owner compensated in full to wash in a nearby Laundrette. 3. Very friend owner and always keeping in touch via whatsapp.

1. The cleaner or the previous tenant did not wash and clean the utensils thoroughly. Hence we have to do the needy in order to use those utensils. 2. The water heater for the bathroom can be better.
