El apartamento todavía se vé nuevo, hay que cuidar detalles para que no se deteriore muy rápido: chapas de puertas, algunas paredes requieren un poco de pintura, entre otros pequeños detalles.

Queda a veinte minutos caminando de la playa, hay tiendas cerca pero el supermercado queda a media hora caminando.
