Estúdio bem aconchegante, arrumado e aparelhado. A anfitriã Viviane sempre atenciosa e disponível para ajudar e tirar dúvidas. A varanda com vista para a natureza e a cidade para mim foi um diferencial, muito agradável. Só elogios. Não cheguei a usar, mas o prédio conta com academia, rooftop e outros espaços bacanas.

Apartamento pequeno, mas bem equipado e novinho. Passei um dia em Curitiba à trabalho e como estava mais distante do centro, valia à pena. Tem academia e mercadinho no condomínio. Anfitriã atenciosa.
