The location is very good. Situated on a quiet pedestrianised lane, yet only 100 metres from the main plaza. We used the optional private parking (10 Euros per day) which was very convenient. The secure indoor garage is about 150 metres from the apartment. It is a narrow parking space within the garage. Our Nissan Qashqai fit into the space, but a wider vehicle might struggle (see photo). The owner met us at the parking garage, which made arrival and access to the apartment very easy. Communication was smooth and prompt, using the Booking.com messaging option. The apartment is spacious and had plenty of room for us (three adults). We visited in January, at a time when the nightly temperature was down around 4-5 degrees C, but the heating devices were more than capable of keeping the apartment warm. There is only one reverse cycle air-conditioning unit (in the living room), but the oil filled radiators in the bedrooms were surprisingly efficient. There is also a twin-bar heater in the bathroom. The wifi worked flawlessly. There is a good sized flat screen TV (all Spanish language). All told, an enjoyable stay.

The only improvement that we would have liked would be some softer pillows. My wife and I found the double bed to be a bit too narrow for us, but we were aware of the bed size before booking.
