La ubicación en pleno casco histórico. La limpieza y la calefacción. También que se nos dejara entrar antes de la hora. Las camas son muy cómodas. Preciosa la decoración.

Las escaleras son incómodas. No tener baño en la parte superior donde están las habitaciones no es muy práctico. El frigorífico es pequeño. Y la cocina poco útil si vas a pasar varios días. Le falta menaje. El sofá es muy incómodo. No puedes estar mucho tiempo sentado.

Nos equivocamos al elegir el apartamento porque íbamos con niños pequeños y un carro y la accesibilidad no está adaptada para una situación así. Lo mejor fue que entendieron la situación y a pesar de haber sido nuestro error nos permitieron cancelar la reserva el mismo día de la entrada pagando solo una noche

"Good location but bad access for a pram etc."

Good location to explore the old town and the flat has nice decor and is clean.

This apartment is not suitable for babies, children or anyone with reduced mobility. There are two incredibly steep stairs with very little bannisters. The first stairs are directly at the entrance making it impossible to climb up with a pram. The heating is not suitable for winter weather in Cáceres. We travelled at Christmas and it was still cold when all heaters are on correctly.
