La ubicación es perfecta

Había cosas que por uso estaban defectuosas y no estaban repuestas, enchufe de cabecera de cama, luz de una de las habitaciones, un poco de jabón para poder lavar vajilla

La ubicación era bastante buena, muy cerca del centro

Las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas pero mal cuidadas. La limpieza dejaba que desear. Las camas en mal estado, una se rompió directamente al sentarnos. Vinieron a arreglarla, pero teniendo conocimiento, no debían haber alquilado el apartamento hasta estar en condiciones. Pomos de las puertas roto. El jabón de baño tenía fuga y estaba todo el baño lleno de jabón. Hay que subir al menos dos pisos de escaleras. Lo dicho, instalaciones mal cuidadas
