This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment building and the place and host are impeccable. The location, value and comfort levels were all excellent. The property had air conditioning in both the living space and bedroom and was most welcome. Again so clean and comfortable.

That we only had one night will be back for a longer stay.

The apartment was just perfect after what felt like a lot of travelling from England when I opened the door it immediately felt so comfortable, clean and welcoming. There was plenty of communication with the host regarding gaining entry into the property and he was also very helpful with information about parking.

I missed haing a kettle but I know they are not supplied in many properties in Europe.

bed was amazing, location was perfect, spacious, clean & has everything you need. if we come back we will book here again, we loved it

the shower is quite slippery, perhaps a shower mat will be good

Location is terrific for exploring the old town.

The room I had was extremely dark and uninviting. The bedroom had no windows, living room had one small window onto a narrow street which limited light as it was close to opposite wall. I found the price to be high for a place like this.

Caceres is a lovely town and the apartment is very close to the plaza de Mayor in the old town but in a very quiet alley. A grocery shop is right at the head of the alley and the apartment kitchen has everything I need to cook meals. The host is very friendly and responsive, I got everything I need and she helped me fine out bus information and called me a taxi in check out.

The apartment was lovely and close to the historic centre of Caceres. Well equipped and comfortable. The parking was about 5-10 minutes walk away but was indoor, secure, and,with the discount, reasonably priced. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions. If we return to Caceres we would be happy to stay here again. We will buy the lady upstairs some slippers!!!

Due to the fact that the floors in the block are concrete, there is no insulation. The resident in the apartment above returns home about 20.00 and then seems to spend half the evening walking around in heeled shoes. The morning is the same until she leaves.
